Provides a realistically challenging environment for transoral incisionless fundoplication procedures.

The Transoral Trainer has a responsive mouth with teeth, flexible neck, trachea and esophagus to provide a highly realistic environment for transoral incisionless fundoplication procedures using an NOS (Natural Orifice Surgery) approach. The neck includes a cutaway flap to allow direct visualization of scope placement. The replaceable stomach and distal esophagus element, Fundoplication Replacement Stomach #2086, includes a z-line for an endoscopic landmark and may be insufflated. The replacement stomach is designed for realistic tissue approximation, full thickness plication and ligation necessary for the transoral incisionless fundoplication procedure.

In addition to the replacement stomach, this trainer also accepts the Replacement Stomach Pouch #2090. The Stomach Pouch is sized to reflect previous bariatric surgery and allows for additional fundoplication.
