Description
Replaceable, Right Internal Mammary Artery anatomy for practice of graft harvesting, thorascopic take-down, and CABG. A pad of soft, mimetic fat encases delicate, suturable, patent artery and vein. Non-patent collateral vessels emerge from the artery at each intercostal space. Following dissection and closure the artery may be filled with fluid for hemostasis check and placement of extra stitches.
Hook and loop fasteners secure IMAs to interior of the Retractable Re-Sternotomy (#1528) permitting quick replacement.
