Warranty
We warranty our products for manufacturing defects for one year from ship date based on normal use. This does not apply to surgical training or demonstration use with any products which are consumables, and as such, normal use constitutes consuming them. AS MANY OF OUR MATERIALS, PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT SIMULATE IN VIVO TISSUE, ARE VERY FRAGILE AND MAY BE SENSITIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL OR HANDLING CONDITIONS (I.E. EXTREMES OF TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY) THAT WILL AFFECT THEIR ULTIMATE SHELF LIFE. TO ENSURE THE MAXIMUM SHELF LIFE POSSIBLE, PLEASE KEEP ALL SIMULATED TISSUE IN A TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT AND FREE FROM EXPOSURE TO CONDITIONS THAT MIGHT CAUSE THEM TO FAIL.Â
Mishandling, misuse, and/or improper use are excluded from the product warranty. Shipping expenses for repairs performed under warranty shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND IN ONE OR MORE WORK ORDERS ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
