Saphenous Vein Trainer (#1040-1041)

A dual component system for lifelike simulation of endoscopic, MIS, or open harvesting of the saphenous vein. The Saphenous Vein Trainer consists of a reusable base (#1041) and replaceable training insert (#1040). The base and cover are angled to follow the natural bend of the knee. The skin-covered insert has a 26″ x 3″ wide x 1″ deep area of fatty tissue with embedded, branching vessel. Branches may be transected with a variety of instruments, including ultrasound scalpel.
