EMS Trainer (#2068)
EMS Trainer (#2068)
The EMS Trainer is a portable, modular GI endoscopy training platform featuring realistic tissue elements and multiple lumens for hands-on practice with common endoscopic procedures.
Specialty: Gastroenterology,General Surgery
To address the need for effective GI endoscopy training, The Chamberlain Group developed this successful solution.
We combined the lumens of the stomach, duodenum, a section of colon, and esophagus into a single platform with reusable, replaceable tissue elements. This design makes GI anatomy portable and affordable. The EMS Trainer’s tissue elements fit securely into the lumen walls without fasteners or non-anatomical components. They simulate common pathologies and support multiple procedures, including clipping, biopsy, stenting, and snaring. Each element can be easily removed and replaced as needed.
The EMS Trainer can be used with a clear shell for direct visualization or with an opaque, detailed soft tissue pad for endoscopic visualization. The lumens are accurately dimensioned and texturally detailed. A protective cover stores all trainer components.
